1. What this site publishes
We publish an original counting tool, original articles about japa, and legal pages. Traditional mantras and sacred names are not claimed as our copyright. If you believe a specific page copies your protected work, please write to us rather than assuming the whole site is at fault.
2. How to send a notice
Email postsyncs@gmail.com with the subject line "Copyright complaint". Include all of the following:
- Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address
- A description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed
- The exact URL(s) on this website where the material appears
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
3. What we do
If the notice is complete, we will look at the URL and may remove or disable access to the material while we review it. We may forward the complaint to the person who provided the content, if that applies. Repeat, proven infringement may lead to blocking further publication from the same source.
We may ignore notices that are incomplete, not about material on this site, or sent in bad faith.
4. Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake or a misidentification, email us with: your contact details; the URLs that were removed; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake; consent to the jurisdiction of courts in India; and your signature.
We may restore the material if the complainant does not pursue the claim.
5. Misrepresentation
Knowingly submitting a false copyright claim or counter-notice can create legal liability. Do not use this process for ordinary disagreements about facts or tradition.
